"Rose," Quarter Horse Paint Mare, is 8 year's old and 15 hands.  This mare has 120 days of training and

40 days of roping training.  This horse has been working cattle in the pasture and the arena.  She has a excellent mind and disposition.  This horse has excellent ground manners, is easy to catch and handle.

Rose has started to neck rein, has great flex, collection and is smooth in all gaits.  This horse conforms

to all 15 requirments listed under horse training on this web-site.  She also conforms to all ten requirements under ground work fundamentals also on this web-site under "horse-training." Rose has heeled about 100 head and is a great ranch horse, pleasure or trail horse. This horse does not have the speed for barrels , poles or heading fast cattle.

 

  "Rose," would be an excellent horse for a begginer to experienced rider and is a pleasure to work with and be around. Rose has excellent conformation, is sound with no history of health problems. This horse can be

riden with or without a tie-down

   "Roanny"          Strawberry Roan (pictured below:) 

For Sale: $1,800

 

Quarter Horse, Strawberry Roan Gelding, 9 years old, 15 hands tall, nice color and comformation. 

This grade gelding is out of a Quarter Horse stud and a Rocky Mountain Saddlebred mare.  This horse is gaited and has the pronounced slow lope of a Saddlebred.  This horse will work for a trail horse, pleasure horse or ranch horse. This horse will not work for barrels or poles, as it is gaited. We have put a years training in this horse and have used him as a training horse for some of our intermediate students. Our students have used this horse for working cow horse and riding lessons. This horse has done an excellent job in our working cow horse program and will gather hold and sort cattle. He stands for grooming, trimming ,saddling and bathing and has a good disposition. This horse is best suited for an intermediate rider that has good hands and understands proper leg and body cues.  This horse does not buck, crib or have any health issues. This horse is a fun horse to ride, he is quick and responsive and very intelligent. This is a saddlebred and gated it will slow lope but not gallop. This horse can be ridden with or without a tiedown.
